Orders purchased from endlessbay.com will include a Return Form on the back of the packing slip included with your order. Registered customers can log into their account here and from their order and process return online. Guest customers can request return by accessing their order here. Please print RMA packing slip and include with your package.

Returns are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving at our distribution center. Longer wait times can occur during high volume periods.

For returns received within 30 days of original purchase, we will refund original form of payment. For returns received after 30 days and within 365 days of original purchase we will issue a store credit for coyuchi.com.

We do not exchange returned merchandise. If you would like to exchange your returned item for another size/color/style, etc., please place a new order.  

Registered users can check status of their order by logging into their account and navigating to "My Orders". Guests can also easily check by navigating to bottom of any endlessbay.com page to "My Account" then "Orders and Returns" or by simply clicking here. If you do not remember your order information, do not hesitate to reach out to our Natural Home Advisors that can help locate for you.

Once an order has been submitted, we are not able to edit or cancel. Orders are immediately sent to our distribution center which are processed right away.
